Originally from New York City and now based in Monroe, NC, I am a licensed massage therapist since 2007 with an Associate’s degree in Occupational Studies from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. I am also a licensed esthetician for nearly five years and a proud 2021 graduate of the Aveda Arts & Science Institute. I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques and gentle stretching, focusing on promoting relaxation, pain relief, lymph flow and improved mobility. In my esthetics practice. I also specialize in customized facials, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, and corrective skincare treatments tailored to enhance skin health and radiance. My approach is centered on personalized, holistic care to support each client’s overall wellness and self-care journey.
